Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Physio Shine, we strive to provide high-quality physiotherapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic, and wellness services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing appointment cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and prepaid treatment packages.

By booking an appointment or purchasing any service from Physio Shine, you agree to this policy.


2. Appointment Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we request that you inform us as early as possible.

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Appointments may be cancelled by phone, email, or other approved communication channels.

  • We encourage patients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations whenever possible.

  • Timely cancellations allow us to accommodate other patients in need of care.


3. Appointment Rescheduling

Patients may request to reschedule their appointments based on therapist availability.

Rescheduling Conditions

  • Rescheduling requests should be made in advance whenever possible.

  • New appointment slots are subject to clinic and therapist availability.

  • Physio Shine will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates and times.


4. Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)

A missed appointment occurs when a patient does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice.

In such cases:

  • The appointment fee may be considered utilized.

  • Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking priority.

  • Treatment packages may count the missed session as consumed where applicable.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergencies at the discretion of the clinic.


5. Refund Policy

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Therapy Sessions

Refunds are not available for therapy sessions that have already been attended or completed.

Advance Payments

If an appointment is cancelled before the service is provided, any advance payment may be:

  • Adjusted toward a future appointment, or

  • Refunded at the discretion of Physio Shine, subject to applicable administrative deductions.

Treatment Packages

For prepaid treatment packages:

  • Used or completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests for unused sessions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any approved refund may be adjusted after deducting the value of services already utilized and applicable administrative charges.


6. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations

Physio Shine reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:

  • Therapist unavailability

  • Medical emergencies

  • Technical or operational issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Where applicable, patients will be offered:

  • A rescheduled appointment, or

  • A refund of any advance payment related to the cancelled appointment.


7. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

  • Physio Shine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.


8. Exceptions

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • Completed consultations or therapy sessions

  • Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice

  • Dissatisfaction arising from individual treatment outcomes, as clinical results may vary from person to person

  • Services already rendered in full


9. Changes to This Policy

Physio Shine reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
